Scope of License:

 1. Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, make, sell, and distribute products incorporating the patented methods described in patent number 11,651,185. 

 2. Licensee shall pay Licensor an annual licensing fee of $33,300 (thirty-three thousand three hundred dollars) upfront, without any additional royalties for the first year.
This fee grants Licensee the right to use the patented methods during the license term on an annual basis.


 3. License Term: The license granted herein shall be effective for a period of one year from the date of execution of this Agreement. After one year, the Agreement may be renewed upon mutual agreement.

4.  Licensee shall receive a full customized "tech pack" of 1000 NFC tagged T-Shirts fully customized to your needs at this quantity, a shirt is $10.00 for you, this is valued at $10,000.00

5. Access Tag Tappers ticketing for up to 4000 attendees, $3.00 charge per ticket no additional fees or charges regrading digital tickets. Please Note: there is additional options and charges to turn the NFC Shirts other products into the ticket for the events.

  • Enterprise License Agreement Criteria To qualify for the Enterprise License Agreement, the business must satisfy the following criteria, reflecting a larger scale and more established operational presence: 

     Years of Established Operation: The business must have a substantial track record, being in operation for a minimum of 6 years. This criterion signifies a commitment to long-term success and stability.

     Annual Revenue Threshold: The business should demonstrate robust financial performance, with an annual revenue exceeding $100,000. This threshold ensures that the licensing opportunity is tailored to enterprises with a significant financial footprint. 

     Legal Structure: Eligible legal structures include Limited Liability Company (LLC), Corporation, or other recognized enterprise classifications. This criterion underscores the need for a sophisticated organizational framework. 

     Operational Excellence: The business should showcase operational excellence, maintaining consistent and efficient business practices over its established operational history. 

     Compliance and Reputation: A solid reputation and strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations are imperative. This includes ethical business practices, industry-standard compliance, and a history of positive customer relations. 

     Comprehensive Business Plan: A comprehensive business plan outlining strategic goals, market positioning, and growth strategies is a requirement. This helps assess the strategic alignment of the enterprise with the licensing opportunity.

     Strategic Marketing and Branding Alignment: The business's marketing and branding strategies should align seamlessly with the ethos and values associated with the licensing opportunity. This alignment ensures a cohesive integration of the licensed materials into the enterprise's broader strategy. 

     Financial Prudence and Stability: A demonstrated history of financial prudence, stability, and effective financial management is crucial. This includes a track record of fulfilling financial commitments, strategic financial planning, and fiscal responsibility. 

     Proven Growth Trajectory: The enterprise should demonstrate a proven growth trajectory, indicating the potential for continued expansion. This criterion ensures that the licensing relationship can adapt to the enterprise's evolving needs and ambitions. 

    Meeting these criteria positions the enterprise as an ideal candidate for the Enterprise License Agreement, fostering a strategic and mutually beneficial collaboration between the Licensor and the enterprise.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@tagtappers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges -The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
